At iPhixit we have a real philosophy when it comes to our customers.
The other day I was at the shop and I saw a customer who had their iPad repaired at our shop. She had a receipt and was ready for a fight. When bringing in the device we just asked her name pulled up the device history and took it right in. I could tell she was amazed the we were willing to get her iPad back at no charge and no fuss. Yes this was a return and we should have done it right the first time but we wanted to make sure that we took care of her issue and that’s all that matters.
Our thoughts are that customer service is our passion, not just a mantra.
We have had to replace devices, we have had to drive a phone to Tooele because a customer needed it and was leaving the country the next day. We just do what it takes.
